Why cold pressed?
Calendar Juice is cold pressed and unpasteurised. Or as we like to say, Raw & Uncensored. This means that the enzymes, nutrients and minerals remain full, active and undisturbed. Not dumbed-down or silenced by additives or pasteurisation. It’s real juice, made in small-batches by real people and nothing beats it for taste and nutrient purity.
Sourcing
What seperates us?
Our supply network is small. Tasting at Growing Communities, our nearby farmers market or talking to our friends at Shrub Provisions puts us in constant dialogue with the growing season. It also means we know the where, who and how of our produce.
Come October (when citrus comes online), we always try to highlight the Todoli Citrus Foundation in Valencia. Vincente’s clementines are amoungst of the best you can find and make one of our favourite juices in the year.
Calendar Juice is fresh, seasonal and local. We put a lot of care, time and energy into sourcing the best organic fruit and veg we can find from small-scale growers.
